As the owner of LynnsGemCreations I take special care of the data you entrust me with.  This policy statement relates to my privacy practices in connection with this website. My service and is intended to inform you about the information I may obtain about you as a customer. How I may use that information and who I may share that information with.


LynnsGemCreations is committed to ensuring your privacy is protected. In the event that I may ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy. I do not pass on information to any other company.


Information Collected

I will only collect data as necessary with regards to orders i.e. to fulfil your order. You must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewellery, for example), if you contact me directly.


All card details provided are only kept for the purpose of collecting the payment for that particular order. It will not be stored in any way. All payments are processed through Stripe, this information is also confidential and will not be shared with anyone.


Collection and use of personal information

I would never share your private information with any third parties, other companies or individuals. Unless I am required to by law i.e. for tax purposes, in accordance with The General Protection Data Regulations. Any data I collect from you will be treated in confidence and will only be used for the intended purpose. If you have voluntarily provided your email address for subscribing to my newsletter, that will soley be used for keeping you updated with my latest products and news. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting me on the above email address.


Retention of Data

In accordance with the regulations of GDPR, I will not hold any personal data longer than is necessary. I may be required to hold data for up to 4 years for tax purposes. Any unsubscribing from my mailing list will be immediate upon receipt of an email from yourself requesting to be unsubscribed.


Notification of Changes
